So far it is going pretty well. I started with the worst effected curtain so this has been a long haul with 5 or 6 major tears and 2 or 3 minor holes. The Bondaweb process has being working quite well at holding and reinforcing the fabric behind the tears.
Next thing to do is track down my thimble. I’m sure I’ve kept at least one!
Thimble is to sewing as guitar pick is to playing the guitar.
Sounds like one of those hoary old IQ questions! It is hard to do any serious sewing without one so one must be found.
